Add a wet ingredient such as BBQ sauce, mustard, vinegar, or oil to the seasoning
Heat the pellet grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit
Prepare a baste using melted butter and other ingredients like brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, or oil
Smoke the ribs for 3 hours at 225 degrees Fahrenheit
Wrap the ribs in foil and baste them before smoking for 2 more hours at 225 degrees Fahrenheit
Unwrap the ribs and smoke for an additional 1 hour at 225 degrees Fahrenheit
Check if the meat is tender and the bones pull away easily
