In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.
