Best Banana Pancakes
  1. Heat an electric griddle to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl mash the bananas.

  4. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla and whisk to combine.

  5. Add milk and stir to combine.

  6. Add dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated and the batter is uniform throughout.

  7. Grease the pre-heated griddle with cooking spray or butter.

  8. Scoop ¼ cup portions of the pancake batter onto the electric griddle.

  9. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side, or until the edges are set and bubbles form in the center.

  10. Flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes on the second side, until it’s golden-brown.

  11. Remove from griddle and serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
