Microwave Chocolate Pudding Cake
  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

  2. Mix with a whisk to combine

  3. Add the egg, milk, and butter/peanut butter

  4. Mix together until a batter has formed

  5. Stir through chocolate shards into the batter

  6. Spoon batter into a medium bowl, smoothing out the top

  7. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and salt

  8. Sprinkle over the cake batter

  9. Pour boiling water over the top

  10. Microwave for 2-4 minutes depending on thickness of the bowl, until the cake is set and the sauce is thickened

  11. Let cool for a sec so you don't burn your mouth (speaking from experience)
