    Directions

  1. Start by organising your 3 jars onto the table. To each jar add the sesame oil, tamari, mirin, lime juice and whisk.

  2. Next, boil the buckwheat noodles for 5 mins before draining and rinsing with cold water.

  3. Add the noodles to each jar then top with kale, sliced bell pepper, avocado and sesame seeds.

  4. Pop the lid on then before storing in the fridge. When you're ready to tuck in, give the jar a shake and enjoy straight away or served on a plate.
