High Protein Crepes
  1. Blend all ingredients and heat a crepe pan with olive oil spray.

  2. Cook in thin layers on each side (should make 4 medium crepes).

  3. Combine filling ingredients and spread into each crepe.

  4. Top with maple syrup (I used sugar free) and dessicated coconut.
