High-protein Yoghurt Jelly With Real Berries
  1. Blend berries, coconut milk, collagen, greek yoghurt, honey, and vanilla extract together

  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of gelatin with ½ cup of boiling water, adding gelatin slowly and stirring to dissolve

  3. Add the gelatin mixture slowly to the blended yoghurt mixture

  4. Blend again until combined

  5. Pour into glasses or moulds

  6. Place in the fridge until set
