Cheesy Nando’s Chicken Wraps
  1. Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, peri seasoning, peri marinade, salt and black pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.

  2. Air fry for 12-14 minutes depending on thickness until cooked through and lightly charred.

  3. Top with the cheese for the final minute or two of cooking.

  4. Roughly chop into bite sized pieces.

  5. Add the chopped lettuce down the centre of each wrap.

  6. Top with the chopped chicken before drizzling over the perinaise and chilli jam.

  7. Fold in the sides of the wraps and roll up tightly.

  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
