Single Serve Protein Brownie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Blend the oats into a fine flour.

  3. Add the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder to a bowl and whisk together.

  4. Add the almond milk or water and whisk until smooth.

  5. Pour into a lightly greased small baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
