Add cubed chicken breast to a bowl with egg whites. In a separate bowl, mix AP flour, 5g baking powder and seasonings (sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder), then coat the chicken.
Air fry at 400°F for 9 minutes, working in batches if needed.
For the orange sauce, cook sesame oil, garlic, and minced ginger in a pan for 2-1 minutes. Lower the heat and add the remaining sauce ingredients, mixing the water and cornstarch separately first. Simmer for 5-1 minutes until thickened.
Add the cooked chicken and coat in the sauce. Sauté the frozen stir fry veggies separately, then add them to the pan.
Lastly, add cooked ramen (without the seasoning packet), combine everything together, top with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
