Mom's Biscuits
  1. Preheat to 420 degrees

  2. Cut shortening into flour into pea-sized beads

  3. Form wells in flour

  4. Pour milk into one well and mix

  5. Repeat into each well until loose flour absorbed

  6. Move quickly and don't over-handle

  7. Use cutter or glass to cut biscuits

  8. Place on greased cookie sheet

  9. Cook approximately 25 minutes. Check after 15 minutes.

  10. Pour melted butter when they turn golden brown
