Bang Bang Chicken Pittas
  1. Mix together your bang bang sauce using light mayo, soy sauce, sriracha, peanut butter, honey, garlic purée and sweet chilli sauce.

  2. Coat the chicken pieces in the egg then in the fine cornflake crumb.

  3. Spray with low calorie oil and air fry for 12 mins at 200.

  4. Toss the airfried chicken into the bang bang sauce.

  5. Toast pittas, cut in half and fill the life out of them with lettuce, chicken, more sauce, chilli… and get stuck in!
