Key Lime Pie Dip
  1. Into a mixing bowl, using a stand or hand-held electric mixer, add cream cheese and condensed milk, and cream on medium speed until no lumps remain.

  2. Add key lime juice, lime zest and vanilla, and continue mixing until smooth.

  3. Add heavy cream and beat on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes, until thick and fluffy.

  4. Chill dip in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve with sliced fruit, graham crackers, shortbread cookies, or your favorite dipper.
