5-minute French Salad Dressing
  1. Mince one clove of garlic and sprinkle a big pinch of kosher salt on top. Use the flat and blade of the knife to crush the garlic and salt together until they form a paste.

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the garlic paste.

  3. Add about 1 teaspoon of oregano.

  4. Whisk the dressing together or put the lid on a jar and shake until well-mixed.

  5. Taste and add additional salt if desired.
