Start by laying spinach leaves at the bottom of a baking dish.
Place feta in the center, and surround with salmon and tomatoes.
Mix garlic and stock, and pour it over. Add salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake in your oven at 220C for 15 minutes.
Take out, mash the feta, salmon, and tomatoes with a fork and stir.
Finally, toss in the cooked penne, and give it a good stir to coat everything well.
Add some pasta water if you find the sauce to thick
