Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook and stir until heated through. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the Street Corn Taco Seasoning Mix.
Remove corn from the skillet and place in medium bowl. Add mayo, a handful of queso fresco, and some chopped cilantro. Mix well and set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet. Add steak and remaining Seasoning Mix. Mix well and stir in water. Cook and stir until desired doneness.
To serve, spoon steak into warmed tortillas. Top with corn, queso fresco and cilantro. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
