Preheat oven to 350°F
In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder and set aside
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs for about 1 minute until slightly foamy
Add the ricotta, milk, olive oil and thyme and whisk until smooth
Add the flour mixture and mix until a thick batter forms
Add the salami, ham, provolone, Parmigiano Reggiano and scallions and mix to combine
Grease a bundt pan with olive oil spray and drop in the batter evenly
Bake for 35-40 minutes until just golden
