Fluffy Cottage Cheese Almond Flour Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese and egg until smooth.

  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the blended mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.

  4. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll into balls, then poke a hole in the center of each to form bagels.

  5. Place bagels on the baking sheet. Lightly brush with water or egg wash and sprinkle with desired toppings.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and set.

  7. Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy fresh, toasted, or reheated in the air fryer
