Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes, until thickened.
Serve the hayashi sauce over the cooked rice.
