Swiss Vegan Fondue
  1. Rub the caqueleon with a fresh garlic clove

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with a whisk while slowly heating it up until it has the right consistency

  3. Add more liquid or maizena/starch if you need to thicken it

  4. Slowly before taking it off the stove, add pepper, paprika and other spices according to your taste

  5. Add a few slices of fresh mushrooms if desired to make it fancy

  6. Enjoy with fresh baguette, small potatoes, cornichons and small onions on the side
