Rub the caqueleon with a fresh garlic clove
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with a whisk while slowly heating it up until it has the right consistency
Add more liquid or maizena/starch if you need to thicken it
Slowly before taking it off the stove, add pepper, paprika and other spices according to your taste
Add a few slices of fresh mushrooms if desired to make it fancy
Enjoy with fresh baguette, small potatoes, cornichons and small onions on the side
