Pour warm milk in a deep bowl. Add yeast with sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add butter, ½ cup flour and 2 tsp salt. Mix until well combined.
Add 2 & ½ cup flour and mix with a spoon until combined.
Knead for 1-2 minutes and cover with a cling wrap for 1-2 hours until doubled.
Chop onion into small chunks.
Pour oil in a pan on medium heat. Sauté onion until soft.
Add ground beef and stir for about 1-2 minutes.
Add garlic, salt, chilli flakes, soya sauce and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Mix the ingredients of sauce in a bowl.
Take out the dough from the bowl. Spread some flour on your work surface.
Roll the dough in it and spread with your hands.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Combine the edges of each part and roll them into balls.
Cover the dough balls for 20-30 minutes.
Flatten the dough ball with a rolling pin into 6’’.
Pour 2 tbsp ground beef in the centre.
Pour sauce on top with some pickle, chopped tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
Combine the edges and roll it into a ball.
Make all the dough balls in the same way and place them on a baking tray.
Beat egg yolk with milk and apply egg wash on top of the buns.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake @350°f for 15-18 minutes.
Apply melted butter at the top and enjoy!
