Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl.
Mix it around with a spoon then just use your hands to gather it all into a dough.
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands, and cut into 6.
Shape into even balls with your hands.
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes, brush the tray with oil so the dough doesn't stick, then pop in the rolls leaving space between them.
Brush with egg wash and I added some poppyseeds.
Air fryer on the standard setting at 175c for 12-15 minutes, it only took 12 for me but will depend on size of the rolls.
Enjoy warm with your fave toppings or you can freeze them once cooled, enjoy!
