Cook chicken on medium-high heat in light butter or cooking spray for 6–8 mins until golden brown and seared
Rub each taco on one side with the chicken juices
Assemble tacos with mozzarella, cooked chicken, and salsa (in that order)
Repeat for all 6 tacos, then oven bake or air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 mins, flipping halfway to crisp both sides
Serve hot with the creamy sauce, garnish, and a squeeze of lime
