Oven Bake or Air Fry for 15-16 mins at 200C / 400F
To make the juiciest chicken, cook on medium heat for 5-6 mins each side and let the chicken rest before chopping into cubes
When cooking the broccoli, make sure it does not burn as that will add a bitter taste to the whole dish
This stores perfectly in the fridge and is great to eat cold or you can warm it up a little in the air fryer for 5 mins
