Add pork, corn starch, garlic, sesame oil, 5 spice, msg, oyster sauce, green onion, and water to a bowl
Mix well
Layer pork, cabbage, wonton wrap, and chili oil in a 10-12 oz soufflé cup, repeating for 3 layers
Add water on top layer but do not add chili oil to top layer yet
Add an inch of water to a pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Place soufflé cup in the pot and cover
Cook for 8-10 minutes
Add chili oil on top layer and serve
