Crab Rangoon Nachos

  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped imitation crab, heavy whipping cream, green onions, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more cream if needed for a pourable but thick consistency.

  3. Arrange fried wonton chips on a large serving platter or tray. Spoon the crab rangoon mixture generously over the chips, making sure to hit multiple layers.

  4. Top with additional sliced green onions. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce if desired for a sweet heat upgrade. Serve immediately while chips are crispy.
