Baked Stuffed Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C). Scrub the potatoes and prick them with a fork.

  2. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.

  3. Once the potatoes are cooked, slice the tops off and scoop out the flesh.

  4. In a bowl, mash the potato flesh with milk, butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

  5. Stuff the potato skins with the mashed mixture.

  6. Bake the stuffed potatoes in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
