Vegan Tofu Deli Meat
  1. Preheat over to 425F. Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Use a potato peeler or mandolin to shave tofu into thin strips.

  3. Toss tofu with soy sauce, maple syrup, paprika and garlic powder.

  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once.
