Cucumber And Soft Tofu Salad
  1. Make the sauce by combining sesame oil, soy sauce, Szechuan chili crisp, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl

  2. Chop green onion and add to the sauce

  3. Grate 1 clove of garlic and add to the sauce

  4. Add MSG to the sauce and mix well

  5. Slice the cucumber and cut into thin strips

  6. Arrange shredded cucumber on a plate as a bed

  7. Cut the soft tofu into strips and arrange on top of the cucumber

  8. Pour the sauce over the tofu and cucumber

  9. Add a little sauce on the cucumbers as well

  10. Serve and enjoy
