Make the sauce by combining sesame oil, soy sauce, Szechuan chili crisp, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl
Chop green onion and add to the sauce
Grate 1 clove of garlic and add to the sauce
Add MSG to the sauce and mix well
Slice the cucumber and cut into thin strips
Arrange shredded cucumber on a plate as a bed
Cut the soft tofu into strips and arrange on top of the cucumber
Pour the sauce over the tofu and cucumber
Add a little sauce on the cucumbers as well
