Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Stack
  1. Heat skillet over medium-high, cook beef and onion 6–8 minutes until browned.

  2. Add garlic, sauté 1 minute, drain fat, season with salt.

  3. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, rice, and broth. Simmer until rice absorbs liquid.

  4. Mix in half the cheese and bacon.

  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top, cover to melt.

  6. Pack rice mixture into a greased ring mold, layer with bacon and cheese, top with more rice.

  7. Finish with toppings, broil briefly, then serve hot.
