Make your sauce and add 2 tbsp water. Divide this mixture in half. Add sesame oil to one, this will be your dressing. Cook your noodles.
Meanwhile, fry up your tofu batons. Set aside once golden brown. Cook the onion, garlic, mushroom, carrot, bell peppers, and cabbage.
Reduce heat to simmer, add the noodles, tofu, and sauce to the veg. Cook. Put in fridge to chill.
In a large bowl put your romaine and broccoli. When ready to serve, put noodles on bed of veg and top with dressing, chowmein, nuts, and sesame seeds.
