Potato Bread Farls
  1. Peel, quarter and boil 3 good sized potatoes until very soft

  2. Add in the butter and mash until super smooth

  3. Mix in the flour and baking powder and then knead into a dough

  4. Tip onto a floured surface and roll until about 1cm thick then cut into squares/circles/triangles (these are called farls)

  5. Lightly dust each side of your farls with flour and fry in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 mins on each side until browning

  6. To serve, fry each farl in olive oil until golden and sprinkle with salt then ENJOY!
