Add silken tofu in a mixing bowl and mix well
Add egg, mentsuyu, and flour, and mix well again
Add cabbage and scallions, and gently fold until everything is well incorporated
Heat oil in a pan, scoop the mixture and cook one side with lid on until crispy
Flip and cook the other side until crispy
Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise on top
Sprinkle bonito flakes and serve
