Viral Potato Noodles
  1. Cut & boil your potatoes, then drain once soft.

  2. Push through a sieve/potato ricer, then add salt and potato starch (whilst still hot) and the water. Knead into a dough.

  3. Split your dough into 6-8 pieces and roll into noodles (you choose how thick you want them)

  4. Boil until they float to the top

  5. To make the sauce add the ingredients into a pan, then put some hot butter on top and mix. Add your noodles, fry on one side, then carefully flip to the other side, making sure it's nicely coated.
