Healthy Chili Oil
  1. Mix all ingredients (except sesame seeds) in an air fryer or oven safe bowl

  2. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway, or use oven option at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant

  3. Let cool completely, then stir in sesame seeds

  4. Store in a glass jar in the fridge up to 3-4 weeks
