Coat 400g of chicken in: 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 heaped tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp garlic purée, 1 tsp ground ginger, Salt and pepper, 1 tsp oil, Juice of a lemon, 1 tsp red food colouring (Optional)
Mix for Mint & Lime Yogurt: 1 to 2 tbsp of fat free yogurt, Juice of 2 limes, Freshly chopped mint, Salt and pepper
Serve with Rotis, Chipatis or flatbreads and Pilau rice
