Easy Scalloped Corn Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Use a sharp knife to remove kernels from the corn.

  3. Transfer kernels to a large bowl, along with cream, melted butter, and beaten eggs.

  4. Stir in 1 cup of the crushed crackers and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour corn mixture into a 9x13–inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese and cracker pieces.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and inside is fluffy.

  7. Serve hot
