  1. Drain and rinse black beans and corn.

  2. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, taco seasoning (start with ½ and add more to taste), and vegetable broth to a pot.

  3. Stir and bring to a simmer.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes, until flavors come together.

  5. Tip: Add a squeeze of lime or a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor along with crushed tortilla chips on top.

NOTE: All the ingredients fit in a gallon ziploc & work as a meal donation to food pantries etc.
