Silken Tofu–miso Dressing
  1. Add tofu, miso, vinegar, sesame paste, honey, garlic, and salt to a blender and blend until very smooth.

  2. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

  3. Adjust miso, vinegar, honey, or salt for balance.

  4. Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.

  5. Use for salads, vegetables, noodles, or as a dip.
