Combine ground chicken, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, 2 minced garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl
Form mixture into meatballs
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through
In another pan, melt butter and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves
Add heavy cream and ½ cup Parmesan cheese to the garlic, stirring until combined
Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired
Combine cooked meatballs with the creamy spinach sauce and serve
