Heat 1 ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Once it's hot add ¾ pound Ground Turkey and cook for a few minutes until it's almost cooked through. Add 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped) and ¼ Cup Onion (chopped).
Reduce to medium heat, and add 8 ounces Dry Pasta and 2 Cups Water to the skillet; cover the skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until it is cooked al dente.
Reduce the heat to low heat, and stir in ½ Cup Artichoke quarters, 2 Tablespoons Milk or Cream and up to 1 Tablespoon Flour to thicken the sauce.
Add 1 Cup Baby spinach and 3 Ounces Parmesan Cheese (shredded) stir to combine and serve.
