In a large oven proof pan over medium heat, add olive oil, spices, garlic, tomatoes, and parsley, and cook, stirring, until the tomatoes soften and release their juices (about 10 minutes)
Stir in the beans and heat 3 minutes
Turn off the heat, arrange halloumi slices on top, and broil until the cheese is golden and crispy (about 5 minutes)
Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon over the top, add a light honey drizzle, and garnish with parsley
Serve immediately with bread
