Mexican-style Chicken Drumsticks
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in the bowl and mix well.

  2. Put your chicken drumstick in a bowl of cold water, wash and drain.

  3. Tip chicken drumsticks into a bowl with marinade and mix until each is coated.

  4. Cover with cling film and leave for about 30 minutes to inherit the initial taste.

  5. Heat the oven to 180C with a fan.

  6. Line the tray with aluminium foil.

  7. Place the chicken drumsticks into a tray.

  8. Cover with remaining marinade and bake for 45 minutes turning in halfway through.
