Mix together yellow cake mix and ¼ cup softened butter in a 10x15 pan, pat down.
Top with 4 cups pecan halves.
Boil brown sugar, 1 cup butter, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup honey together for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add ¼ cup cream.
Pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake at 350 F for 17 minutes.
