Pre-heat oven to 165°C fan forced and line a loaf tin
Beat butter and cream cheese together, add in the lemon zest
Add caster sugar, add eggs gradually and fold through flour
Pour mixture into the lined tin and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until cooked through
To make icing, mix all the icing ingredients together
Drizzle icing over cake and finish with zest on top
