Miso Glazed Salmon
  1. Salt and pepper the 2 pounds salmon.

  2. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup miso paste, 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Whisk together until smooth. Reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade.

  3. In a medium-sized bowl, add the salmon and the sauce. Let it marinate for 1-3 hours.

  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large skillet, add the salmon and discard the marinade. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is almost done and opaque. Brush with reserved glaze and broil on high for 1-2 minutes until fish reaches 125-130 degrees in the center.

  5. Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish if desired.
