Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken With Alfredo Linguine
  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, then toss with butter, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian herbs.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Stir in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth and thickened slightly.

  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes to absorb flavors.

  7. Serve the creamy chicken over a bed of linguine. Spoon extra sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
