In a bowl, add garlic paste, mustard paste, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, dried oregano, pink salt, lemon juice, olive oil & mix well.
Add chicken fillet & coat well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan, add cooking oil, marinated chicken fillet & cook on medium flame from both sides until done & apply remaining marinade in between.
Let it rest for few minutes then cut into slices & set aside.
In a bowl, add iceberg lettuce, green olives, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion.
In a jar, add olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dried oregano, black pepper crushed, dried basil leaves, pink salt, mustard paste, garlic, cover & shake well. Salad dressing is ready!
Pour on vegetables, fresh coriander & give it a good mix.
Add prepared chicken slices, lemon wedges & serve!
