Korean Black Pepper Cauliflower Noodles
  1. Start by boiling your cauliflower for 7 mins in salted water. Drain and pat dry.

  2. Mix together your batter ingredients and coat your cauliflower in the batter then add to a wire rack and cook in the air fryer/oven for 10-12 mins until crispy.

  3. Fry in some oil just to get a slight char on them, don't have to do this part I just like them a little bit more crispy, then toss them in MSG.

  4. Cook off your sauce ingredients until it thickens and then cook your noodles and coat them in half the sauce and coat your cauliflower in the other half of the sauce. Serve up the noodles, top with the cauliflower and spring onion curls and enjoy!!
