Berry Jam Overnight Oats

• 80g oats
• 300g 0% fat Greek yogurt
• 10g chia seeds
• 50ml semi-skimmed milk
• 20g honey
• 30g vanilla protein powder
• 100g frozen mixed berries
• 30g jam
In one large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, milk, protein powder, and honey.
Divide this mixture evenly into your containers.
Microwave the frozen berries for 30 seconds, then mash. Repeat for an additional 20 seconds, then mash again.
Microwave the jam for 20 seconds and mix it with the mashed berries.
Spoon half of the berry-jam mixture over each layer of yogurt.
Cover and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
